Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or closely related field and at least six years of experience in similar role required. Extensive experience in technical analysis, Tier 2/3 application administration/support, project management, technical documentation and quality management is required. Minimum of 1 certification preferred in any of the following areas: business analyst, project management or related technical/application. Must complete and pass a CJIS background investigation prior to employment, and obtain CJIS certification within 30 days of starting employment.
An equivalent combination of education, training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities may be considered.
