Base Pay Range: $20.00/hr – $25.00/hr

FLSA: Non‑exempt (Hourly)
Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 9 am–6 pm

The Service Technician is responsible for installing, servicing, and troubleshooting alcohol monitoring devices while maintaining a safe, organized work environment and delivering excellent customer service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and removal of all alcohol monitoring devices.
- Fulfill daily operational duties of assigned facility which include:
- Operates a clean, organized, and hazard‑free work environment.
- Conducts training sessions covering use of products to customers.
- Maintains a positive and caring atmosphere for customers and employees.
- Consistently perform monthly inventory audits.
- Assist other shops in surrounding area when applicable.
- Manage daily hours, ensuring 40 hours or less weekly.
- Correspond with management and/or lead technicians when challenges are presented.
- Maintain the integrity, confidentiality, and security of client information.
- Adhere to all state and federal rules, regulations, and statutes.
- Any other duty, as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year’s experience with 12V systems.
- 1 year’s experience in a customer service role.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail orientation.
- Required to sit, kneel, and stand regularly while installing devices into tight spaces.
- Required to walk, reach, or crawl frequently.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required include close and distance vision.

The work environment is usually moderate in noise level. Overtime is limited but may be required occasionally. Continuous interruptions may require flexibility and a willingness to modify plans and behavior when necessary.
