This position is located in Commerce City, Colorado with a Monday through Friday.
Position OverviewThe Director of Operations develops and executes operational strategies that align with company objectives, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and establishes performance metrics to measure and enhance organizational effectiveness. This leader is accountable for optimizing processes, improving productivity, managing resources, and building a high-performing team capable of supporting current operations and future growth.

- Bachelors’ degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing or Operations Management
- 10+ years in senior leadership role in logistics, distribution or manufacturing environment
- Proven track record of implementing manufacturing efficiency programs ie: lean manufacturing process- 6 sigma or the like
- Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, production, and employee management
