Job Description

We are currently looking for a Conveyor Belt Technician for our MIR and AMMEGA Production team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fabricate and install conveyor belts and related industrial products.
  • Process orders safely and efficiently while operating light industrial equipment.
  • Communicate with supervisors regarding assigned orders, scheduling, and other production issues.
  • Ensure timely shipping of belting product and coordinate receipt of shipments.
  • Maintain the shipping/receiving department and manage needed supplies.
  • Process and maintain production reports.
  • Travel to various locations to install products, including occasional overnight travel (company pays for gas, meals, and hotel).
  • Provide on‑call assistance as required.
  • Monitor inventory usage, report low levels to supervisors, maintain cycle‑count logs, and participate in annual inventory.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Flexibility around scheduling, including occasional nights and weekend coverage.
  • Previous industrial or production experience.
  • Strong fundamental math skills.
  • Ability to regularly lift heavy weight materials (75+ pounds on average).
  • Ability to regularly bend, stoop, rotate arms and upper body; frequently push, pull, sit, stand, and reach. Some climbing is required.
  • Leadership acumen.

  • Ability to build relationships through collaboration.
Schedule & Location

Hours:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Occasional overnight travel required.

Work location:

In person.
