We’re looking for a responsible and skilled Laborer to join our team.

- Safety First:
Requires strict adherence to all safety rules within an office environment and industrial plant locations where personal protective equipment (PPE) is required. - Dynamic Environment:
Work in outdoor and indoor environments with exposure to physical labor and harsh conditions (extreme heat, humidity, extreme cold, noise, dust). - Physical Requirements:
Frequent climbing, heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs of force occasionally, 20 lbs frequently, 10 lbs constantly) and performing physical tasks (e.g., opening railcar lids, collecting samples, clearing cement). Must be physically able to perform all essential job functions, including the ability to communicate verbally using a phone and radio, to hear verbal commands and audible alarms to safely operate around heavy equipment and automatic conveyor belt systems.
Must pass a physical exam, as may be required. - Work Schedule:
Employees are expected to work varying shifts as needed, which may include early mornings, late nights, weekends and holidays to meet operational needs. - Work Location:
This position is required to be performed in person at the assigned worksite. Remote work is not available for this role.

Compensation and Application NotesThe expected base compensation for this position ranges from $nu to $nu per hour, depending on, but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skill sets, experience and education. A general description of benefits includes medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, life, AD&D, short and long term disability, employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement and paid time off (including paid sick leave as required by applicable state law).
