We’re looking for a responsible and skilled Laborer to join our team.

• Sweeping.
• Assisting operators.
• Other duties as assigned.
• General plant support.
• Palletizing.
• Material handling.

• Experience in same or similar position.
• Strong work ethic.
• Trainable.
• Safety focus.

• Safety First: requires strict adherence to all safety rules within office and industrial plant locations where personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.
• Dynamic Environment: work in outdoor and indoor environments, exposed to physical labor and harsh conditions (extreme heat, humidity, extreme cold, noise, dust).
• Physical Requirements:
  
  frequent climbing, heavy lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally, 20 lbs frequently, 10 lbs constantly; performing tasks such as opening railcar lids, collecting samples, clearing cement; must be physically able to perform all essential functions, communicate verbally using a phone and radio, hear verbal commands and audible alarms; must pass a physical exam if required.
• Work Schedule:
  
  varying shifts as needed, may include early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Work Location:
  
  position must be performed in person at the assigned worksite; remote work not available.

The expected base compensation for this position ranges from $nu to $nu per hour, depending on, but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skill sets, experience, and education. A general description of benefits includes medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, life, AD&D, short and long term disability, employee assistance program, 401k retirement, and paid time off (including paid sick leave as required by applicable state law).
