Production Operator – Commerce City, CO

AMP is applying AI‑powered sortation at scale to modernize the world's recycling infrastructure and maximize the value in waste. AMP is looking for a Production Operator on site in Commerce City, CO.

• Perform pre‑ and post‑operative equipment inspections identifying repairs needed.
• Safely operate all equipment.
• Complete service and/or inspections of equipment.
• Monitor equipment to ensure proper operation and minimal down time.
• Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned and stored at the end of each shift and as assigned.
• Follow all quality control protocols and report any quality control deviations.
• Adhere to all company, regulatory, and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years of experience operating similar manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
• Understand and follow company safety procedures.
• Demonstrate initiative to work independently while being flexible in a team setting.
• Regular and predictable on‑site attendance.
• Overtime and call‑in work may be required.

• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs during an 8‑12 hour shift.
• Stand, climb, bend, twist and lift equipment and tools during an 8‑12 hour shift.
• Other essential job functions consistent with productivity standards.

The job requires frequent standing, walking, use of hands and fingers, handling or feeling, reaching with hands and arms, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling, talking and hearing. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

US $19.00 – $24.00 per hour

• Monday – Thursday 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
