As a Production Machine Operator, you will be the driving force behind our automotive production line, ensuring that high-quality components are manufactured efficiently and safely. You will manage the full production cycle, from initial setup and material staging to final trimming and quality inspection, playing a critical role in maintaining our operational throughput.

Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end operation of production machinery, including layup, consolidation, and trimming processes.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs to minimize downtime and maximize machine performance.
- Conduct rigorous quality control inspections on finished parts to ensure adherence to strict technical specifications.
- Maintain accurate production logs, documenting hourly output, downtime causes, and quality metrics.
- Uphold a high standard of workplace safety by identifying hazards and ensuring all equipment safety barriers are functional.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production flow and effective communication of operational data.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace to support lean manufacturing principles.
- 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial machine operation environment.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform basic equipment adjustments.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify non-conforming products.
- Ability to follow complex safety protocols and operational procedures consistently.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Direct experience operating waterjet, press, or composite layup machinery.
- Familiarity with advanced thermoplastic composite materials.
- Experience working within a fast-paced, automated production cell environment.
