Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide direct, one-on-one care for medically fragile children and young adults in their homes.

What You'll Do

* Provide skilled registered nursing care in a home health setting

* Perform ongoing patient assessments and clinical evaluations

* Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies

* Deliver care in accordance with physician orders and plan of care

* Coordinate care with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams

* Educate patients and family members to support improved outcomes

* Implement preventive measures to ensure patient safety and quality care

* Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition

Qualifications

Required:

* Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license (state of Colorado)

* Ability to provide care in a home environment

* Strong communication and critical thinking skills

Preferred:

* Pediatric or home health experience

* Experience with high-acuity care (trach, vent, G-tube)
