Neighborhood Registered Nurse (RN) Manager
Clermont Park Senior Living is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Healthcare Suites. This role is a great fit for a nurse with experience in senior living, skilled nursing, long‑term care, rehabilitation, resident care, care plans, MDS, admissions, and clinical compliance.

What You’ll Do- Monitor resident health and respond to changes in condition.
- Complete daily rounds to support quality care.
- Communicate with residents, families, physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and care team members.
- Assist with pre‑admission assessments and admission documentation.
- Coordinate resident care plans and attend care conferences.
- Support MDS compliance, clinical documentation, and routine compliance audits.
- Serve as a clinical resource during emergencies, urgent needs, or resident changes of condition.
- Use nursing judgment to recognize signs and symptoms and take appropriate action.
- Help evaluate and implement new clinical equipment or technology.
- Support frontline staff through coaching, supervision, interviews, and performance feedback as assigned.
- Participate in on‑call responsibilities as needed.
- Current RN license.
- Experience in senior living, skilled nursing, long‑term care, rehab, or healthcare suites preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
- Ability to work closely with residents, families, physicians, pharmacists, and team members.
- Commitment to person‑centered care, dignity, and quality outcomes.
$42.00–$50.88 per hour
, based on experience, qualifications, and wage grid placement.

Basic Qualifications & Experience- Colorado Registered Nursing License in good standing.
- Advanced training in geriatrics is a bonus.
- 1+ year of long‑term care facility experience.
- 1+ year in a supervisory role.
- Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Customer service skills.
Physical Requirements
- May handle objects up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 20 pounds regularly.
- Comfortable working in a healthcare environment with exposure to chemicals, blood borne pathogens, and infectious diseases.
- Requires sitting, standing, bending, and moving throughout shift.
- Thriving in a dynamic setting with frequent interruptions and multitasking.
- Engaged in frequent interactions with residents, families, and visitors.
