Role Requirements:

• A high school diploma or GED.
• A valid LPN license in the state of Colorado.

About the Role:

You know better than anyone that LPNs are essential members of a facility s medical team. Your role is to assist RNs and physicians in keeping patients comfortable and on the road to recovery. Here are a few things you might do:

• Chart and record the administration of medication and treatment.
• Patient observation.
• Perform specific procedures, such as reading and recording vital signs, measuring and recording weight and height, and running other diagnostic tests.
• Comfort and reassure apprehensive patients.

$34-39/hr + Shift Differential

Retention bonus: $5000 for Full Time, $3000 for Part Time!

SUMMARY

The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for providing prescribed medical treatment and personal care services under the direction of a registered nurse (  ) or a physician to address the medical or psychiatric needs of individuals with developmental disabilities, acquired brain injuries, substance abuse issues and/or emotional or behavioral challenges in more than one site. Travels between multiple locations to perform the duties and responsibilities of the role and is accessible to staff at all locations during working hours.

Depending on the program, sometimes required to be accessible after hours for consolation.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
