Job Summary

E & G Terminal Corp is hiring an experienced Outside Sales Representative to grow our presence across the Denver metro area and north along the Front Range. This role focuses on selling electrical products, fasteners, nuts & bolts , and related solutions within the transportation and industrial sectors .

You’ll work directly with repair shops, municipalities, and end users , building strong relationships and delivering value-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
• Identify customer needs and recommend effective product solutions
• Generate new business and expand existing accounts
• Spend the majority of your time in the field meeting customers
• Manage your territory and sales pipeline effectively
• Partner with vendors to enhance customer offerings
• Follow up consistently and close sales

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales, wholesale sales, or technical sales
• Knowledge of electrical products, fasteners, or industrial supplies preferred
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills
• Self-motivated with excellent time management
• Familiarity with the Denver / Front Range market is a plus
• Ability to quickly learn products, systems, and processes

Compensation & Benefits

• $30,000 – $70,000+ per year (100% commission-based)
