Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, and personnel by following site-specific procedures, access control protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and/or credentials, and document visitor, vendor, and delivery traffic to help support authorized access throughout the location.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established communication channels when needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, gate areas, parking areas, trailer yards, and perimeter, as working environments and conditions may vary by site.;
Prepare logs and reports related to access activity, unusual events, and security-related concerns, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
