Security Officer Access Control

Position: Security Officer FT Access Control
Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Monitor and control access points for people, vehicles, and/or deliveries, helping to deter unauthorized entry by verifying credentials, screening visitors, and maintaining accurate access records;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, gate areas, loading and receiving zones, and perimeter, noting unusual activity and reporting security-related concerns;
Support shipping and distribution operations by observing inbound and outbound traffic, checking required documentation, and communicating clearly with site personnel regarding access and movement procedures;
Provide customer service to employees, drivers, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the location
