Koala Insulation provides high-quality insulation services to homeowners, contractors, and property owners. We’re hiring an Installer to complete insulation removal and installation in attics, crawlspaces, and other jobsite environments.

• Enjoy hands-on work and staying active
• Take pride in safe, clean, high-quality work
• Are comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and confined spaces
• Have experience in construction, manufacturing, landscaping, or related work
• Work well on a team and are willing to learn

• High school diploma or GED required
• Construction, manufacturing, landscaping, or related experience preferred
• Ability to operate and maintain job-related equipment
• Strong time management and attention to detail
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Able to lift 50 lbs frequently
• Comfortable working in various climates, dust, dirt, confined spaces, heights, and around jobsite materials
• Valid drivers license required

• Remove and install insulation according to job specifications
• Follow safety standards and company procedures
• Set up, operate, and maintain jobsite equipment
• Complete quality checks to ensure work meets company standards
• Troubleshoot field issues with support from the Crew Leader
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Keep jobsites clean and organized upon completion
• Support and train junior team members as needed
• Communicate jobsite issues to the Crew Leader
