Certified Traffic Control Supervisor
Certified Traffic Control Supervisor needed with a TCS certification! Job located in Commerce City, CO.
The starting pay is $26.00 per hour and will increase based on experience.
Responsibilities- Design, set up, and maintain temporary traffic control in work zones, including lane closures and traffic redirection.
- Use traffic control devices to safely manage both vehicular and pedestrian flow around work areas.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and perform routine maintenance to keep trucks, tools, and other gear in good condition.
- Follow all applicable safety rules and procedures on job sites, including proper placement of signs, barricades, and cones.
- Ensure job sites remain clean, secure, and well‑organized, including proper pickup and storage of all tools and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with construction crews and supervisors, addressing performance, complaints, or violations as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, guidelines, and safety protocols.
- Accurately complete and turn in paperwork at the end of each workday.
- Support other team members and projects as needed, contributing to the overall success of the Guildner team.
- Maintain a valid Colorado driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Hold an active Colorado Traffic Control Supervisor Certification.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods (8‑12 hours per day).
- Physical ability to lift 50‑60 lbs regularly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather, including exposure to traffic, dust, asphalt, fumes, and loud noise.
- Be available for rotating on‑call shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
