Comlink Solutions is seeking an experienced Supervisor, Fiber Splicing to coordinate the splicing team’s activities and drive efficient job execution. You will manage day-to-day work, interface with customers, and ensure safety and quality in every splice project.
You’ll lead crews across splicing operations, review technical documents, and oversee on-site testing and troubleshooting. A strong background in fusion splicing and OTDR is essential, with traveling to multiple worksites as required.
