Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep the property buildings and grounds in optimal condition. You will perform daily repairs, prep vacant units for occupancy, manage supplies, and ensure safety and a professional appearance on site.
This full-time, on-site role requires HVAC, plumbing, and electrical knowledge, plus handyman experience. On-call duties and snow removal are part of the job. AMC offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.
