Community Leadership Academy and Victory Preparatory Academy are seeking a licensed School Social Worker who wants to help students succeed academically, socially, and emotionally.
This is a highly student-centered position for someone who enjoys working directly with children and adolescents, partnering with families, and collaborating with a strong multidisciplinary school team.
You will help students build the organization, self-management, emotional regulation, attendance, relationship, and problem‑solving skills they need to participate successfully in school and become increasingly independent over time.

- 9 consecutive days around Fall Break

- Summer beginning in May
- No scheduled workdays in June
Predictable School-Based Hours
7:30 AM–4:00 PM
A consistent schedule built around the academic year.
Staff Beverage Station
Coffee and beverages are available for staff during the workday.
