Personal Trainer I​/II​/III - Bison Ridge

We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our team as a Personal Trainer I, II, or III! As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing fitness programs that are goal‑driven, safe, effective, and enjoyable. You will provide in‑depth instruction on proper form and technique, fitness guidelines/recommendations, physiology and anatomy, exercise modifications, client motivation, and the monitoring and communication of client progress.

Additionally, you will supervise clients, create a supportive exercise environment, and continue developing skills and knowledge.

Hiring Salary Is Dependent Upon Experience.

The hiring range for Personal Trainer I is $25.90 - $28.82 per hour

The hiring range for Personal Trainer II is $29.04 - $32.13 per hour

The hiring range for Personal Trainer III is $32.19 - $35.41 per hour

Must be a minimum of 18 years of age. Previous experience a plus, but not required. Spanish/English bilingual a preferred but not required. Must hold current CPR and AED certifications or the ability to obtain within 3 months of hire. Ability to demonstrate competent technical personal training skills.

All of the above plus:

• Nationally recognized personal trainer certification-ACSM, ACE, NASM or NSCA preferred, but others accepted as deemed appropriate
• 1 year or less training experience

All of the above plus:

• Nationally recognized personal trainer certification-ACSM, ACE, NASM or NSCA preferred, but others accepted as deemed appropriate
• 1-5 years training experience

All of the above plus:

• Nationally recognized personal trainer certification-ACSM, ACE, NASM or NSCA preferred, but others accepted as deemed appropriate
• More than 5 years training experience and/or Bachelor's Degree in exercise science or related field
