The MissionYou will be the solo captain of a 26' box truck, running a continuous 6-day weekly circuit connecting three iconic hubs:
Denver, CO, Moab, UT, Salt Lake City, UT, Moab, UT, Denver, CO.
This isn't just a driving job; it's a premium hospitality logistics operation.
Key Responsibilities- The Drive:
Safely navigate a 26-foot box truck through varied terrain and weather conditions across Colorado and Utah, 6 days a week; from late March through mid November. - The Heavy Lifting:
Manually load and unload approximately 300 pieces of luggage, twice per day. - The Logistics:
Manage efficient pickups and drop-offs across 2 to 6 different hotels per day. Work with program staff to keep luggage organized and accessible.
- Safety-First Mindset:
You naturally prioritize situational awareness and strictly adhere to protocols including safe lift-gate operations and wearing all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)—including closed-toe shoes, gloves, back brace, etc—to keep yourself and others secure on the job. - Physical Stamina:
You genuinely enjoy active work. Moving 600 total pieces of luggage a day is your version of a paid gym membership. - Precision & Organization:
Keeping 300 distinct bags sorted across multiple hotel stops requires a sharp, methodical mind. - Patience & Communication:
You'll be interacting with program staff, navigating traffic, and representing the brand. A calm demeanor and great people skills are non-negotiable. - Rock-Solid Reliability:
Our clients depend on their gear arriving safely and on time. You are the sole link making that happen. - Large Vehicle
Experience:
Comfortable and confident operating a 26' box truck (CDL not strictly required, but large-vehicle experience is a must).
