Load and unload freight on trailers using a motorized forklift, pallet jack or manually;
Secure freight inside trailers using appropriate tools and supplies such as pallets, straps, and rope;
Read and interpret shipping labels and forms (shipping orders, manifests, freight bills, exception forms);
Utilize Dock Yard Management System to monitor freight shipment locations within the service center;
Ensure freight is properly secured and loaded to prevent damage during transport
