Experience in operating room nursing
Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned patients.
Supervise and delegate appropriate care to clinical staff.
Support the Chief Nursing Officer in maintaining high-quality, safe nursing care.
Ensure competency of clinical staff and effective resource management related to patient care.
