• Experience in emergency care

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assess and plan patient care for assigned individuals during each shift.
• Implement direct clinical care based on patient needs.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to clinical staff appropriately.
• Collaborate with the Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high-quality nursing care and resource management related to patient care.
