Accounts Payable Specialist – Los Angeles, CA (On‑Site)

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to manage invoice processing, reconciliations, and financial reporting. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong accounting fundamentals, data analysis skills, and experience with Quick Books and Excel.
Key Responsibilities- Process accounts payable transactions, including invoices, payments, reconciliations, and adjustments
- Maintain accurate records for in‑transit inventory, expense reimbursements, and real estate accounting
- Review and analyze financial data and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Support monthly close, budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation
- Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting issues efficiently
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial operations
- Perform additional accounting analysis and reporting duties as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or financial analysis
- Proficiency in Quick Books and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas preferred)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Salary: $22.00 – $23.00 per hour
