Job Summary:
Role Responsibilities.
- We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support our manufacturing plant operations. This role is essential for managing front-office activities, employee services, compliance tasks, and various reporting functions. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy multitasking, this position is for you.
- Utilize functional Excel skills for daily administrative tasks, including data entry, maintaining tracking spreadsheets, applying basic formulas, and reviewing reports for accuracy.
- Serve as the primary front office contact by answering main line calls, assisting vendors and customers, greeting visitors, and managing incoming and outgoing mail.
- Organize, scan, and maintain documentation to support internal audits, compliance initiatives, and accounting processes.
- Manage office operations such as supply ordering, maintaining phone lists, handling mail and invoices, and ensuring proper file organization and retention.
- Support special projects as assigned, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met efficiently.
- Perform file purging and shredding in accordance with company retention policies and confidentiality standards.
- Update and track expense reports, ensuring timely submission and accuracy.
- Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) tasks, including invoice processing, data entry, and reconciliation support.
- High school diploma or equivalent;
Associate degree preferred. - 2+ years of administrative experience (manufacturing environment preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Takes initiaitive
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
