Data Entry Specialist
Monday-Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm
Pay $20.00-$22.00 per hour
A transportation and logistics company is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support daily operations. This position is responsible for entering and maintaining information in Oracle, communicating with Mexicali operations, and assisting with administrative tasks.
Data Entry Specialist Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain information in Oracle.
- Complete accurate and timely data entry.
- Communicate with operations in Mexicali.
- Assist with administrative and data entry tasks as needed.
- Use computer and phone systems throughout the workday.
- Maintain accurate and organized records.
- Follow company procedures and maintain confidentiality.
Data Entry Specialist Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
- Strong computer skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Previous data entry experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
