• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our order management system.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in inventory management tasks.
• Coordinate shipping logistics and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline order processing and improve efficiency.
• Assist in preparing shipping documentation and labels for outgoing shipments.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate with suppliers regarding inventory needs.
• Support overall warehouse operations as needed to meet business demands.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or business is a plus.
• 1-2 years of experience in order processing, customer service, or logistics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with order management software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of inventory management practices is preferred.
