Shopify - Customer Service Representative

Overview

DNAM Brands owns and licenses multiple iconic brands including Von Dutch, Ed Hardy, Trina Turk, Valentino Orlandi, and Badgley Mischka. We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide friendly, efficient support to customers by answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. This role involves handling inquiries via email or customer service chats on platforms such as Whatnot and Tik Tok.

This also includes processing returns and refunds, and maintaining accurate records while representing the company in a professional manner.

• Answer customer inquiries via email and chat on platforms such as Whatnot and Tik Tok.
• Provide friendly, efficient support to resolve questions and issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Process returns and refunds in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate with internal teams as needed.

• Strong customer service skills with a professional, courteous demeanor.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and handling returns/refunds is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
