Job Title:

Sr Technical Designer - Mens/Womens

Job Description:
  • Engineer tech packs for internal development, focusing on cost effectiveness with fit and quality considerations.
  • Evaluate samples ahead of the fit session to accelerate the cross-functional review process.
  • Align with the buyer on fit intent, and lead model fittings by identifying problems and providing solutions to fit and quality issues.
  • Assemble the fit report with a ‘one-and-done’ approach.
    • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Production, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical design, preferably within the apparel industry.
  • Strong understanding of garment construction, fit principles, and fabric properties.
  • Ability to create and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
