The Store Design Associate Manager works in AutoCAD creating, modifying, and releasing drawings for use by internal and external stakeholders.

• Creates, modifies, and releases drawings for use by internal and external stakeholders.
• Works closely with all departments to ensure drawings, renderings, and communications reflect the company’s design standards.
• Adapts to changing timelines and project demands while meeting design expectations and operational requirements.
• Applies company and industry design criteria, including equipment and fixture specifications, to work products.
• Coordinates with vendors (e.g., refrigeration, fixture & millwork) to ensure design and architectural integration on all projects.
• Reviews drawings, sketches, scanned images, or self-produced measurements and surveys; conducts field visits as needed to verify project-related information.
• Develops schematic drawings for new and remodel store openings that represent company standard concepts while meeting established quality expectations.
• Maintains and updates all as‑built project plan information on the company server.
• Manages and coordinates all store sign projects, including project tracking, vendor assignment for surveys, fabrication, and installation of all signage.
• Manages business licensing and utility documents for all store design and construction projects across company banners.
• Assists the legal department with Alcohol plans and diagrams for required licensing applications.
• Works closely with architects, engineers, vendors, consultants, city municipalities, and other department personnel to obtain information and ensure drawings meet company delivery and opening dates.

• Degree from a recognized AutoCAD training facility.
• 4–6 years of experience in AutoCAD systems.
• 3–5 years of experience in architectural standards and construction‑related design, or related experience.
• Retail store design experience, especially grocery stores, and knowledge of 3D modeling or similar software is a plus.
• Ability to self‑check work for accuracy and completeness.
• Self‑starter who can work without supervision and is detail‑oriented.
• Contributes to design review meetings and improves job efficiencies.
• Excellent knowledge of architectural, engineering, construction and drafting standards.
• General knowledge of retail design code compliance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized and able to multitask.

The salary range for this position is $75,000.00 to $. The actual starting pay will be determined by anumber of qualifications including experience and relevant skills.
