Position Summary

The Manager of Demand and Loyalty plays a central role in growing and strengthening the casino’s active rated player base. This position is responsible for driving qualified visitation that converts to rated play, increases trip frequency, and reinforces brand standards that define the guest experience.

This role brings together performance marketing, CRM execution, creative coordination, and disciplined reinvestment to ensure the casino remains top of mind and competitively positioned in the local market. Every campaign, event promotion, and content initiative ultimately supports the same goal: sustained engagement on the casino floor.

Hotel, Food & Beverage, and special events are activated strategically to extend guest visits and deepen loyalty to the core casino business.

The Manager partners closely with Casino Operations, Data Insights, Finance, and external marketing agencies to ensure demand generation, brand expression, and promotional execution are aligned with operational realities and gaming regulations.

Primary Job Functions
  • Casino Demand & Rated Play Growth
    • Execute targeted campaigns designed to increase new rated player acquisition and reactivation.
    • Improve conversion from visitation to card enrollment and active rated play.
    • Support growth in trip frequency and table hours through disciplined lifecycle marketing.
    • Align promotions with table capacity and game mix in partnership with Casino Operations.
    • Monitor performance metrics and recommend optimizations that strengthen casino engagement.
  • Creative Leadership & Brand Reinforcement
    • Serve as the internal champion for how the casino brand shows up across campaigns, social platforms, digital media, and on-property messaging.
    • Translate campaign objectives into clear, compelling creative briefs for agency partners.
    • Manage day‑to‑day collaboration with creative and media agencies to ensure content reflects the energy, culture, and standards of the casino floor.
    • Ensure all marketing materials reinforce brand standards, visual identity, tone of voice, and guest experience positioning.
    • Review and approve creative assets to confirm consistency, compliance, and alignment with casino objectives.
  • CRM & Database Execution
    • Implement segmentation and lifecycle strategies defined in partnership with the Director of Data Insights.
    • Execute email, SMS, and digital campaigns that drive measurable visitation and rated play conversion.
    • Track reinvestment performance and promotional efficiency.
    • Support continuous refinement of targeting based on player behavior and response trends.
  • Strategic Activation of Events & Outlets
    • Coordinate marketing support for tournaments, cultural events, dining activations, and entertainment programming that reinforce the casino brand.
    • Measure post‑event lift in rated play and repeat visitation.
    • Ensure cross‑departmental promotions support casino‑first objectives.
  • Gaming Compliance & Regulatory Alignment
    • Ensure all marketing materials, promotions, drawings, and player communications comply with applicable California gaming regulations and internal controls.
    • Coordinate with Compliance and Finance to document promotional rules, terms, and prize structures accurately.
    • Maintain clear records of promotional approvals and required regulatory documentation.
    • Support audits and internal reviews related to marketing promotions and player programs.
    • Ensure responsible gaming messaging and disclosure requirements are properly included in all communications.
