This posting is for Poker Games (Hold 'Em, Omaha, Stud). This job posting is for Poker Games only, and this is NOT a posting for California Games (Paigow Poker, EZ Baccarat, Blackjack).

• Provide excellent guest service to both internal and external guests.
• Assists customers with any customer service requests, i.e., calling for Chip Attendant, Floor Attendant, or Supervisor.
• Understands and is responsible for following company and departmental policies and procedures,
• Deals all games in an effective and concise manner, with a minimum of 26.8 hands dealt per hour, pursuant to departmental dealing Procedures.
• Follows collection procedures to ensure that collections are obtained and properly recorded.
• When pushed, informs dealer next on rotation of information, which could affect gaming operation.
• When entering game must greet players, ask for player cards, and keep Genesis system updated and correct.
• Notifies Floor Attendant, Supervisor, or Shift Manager of any suspicious activity, discrepancies or mistakes in games that could disrupt the flow of the game or create a potentially hazardous condition.
• Must have knowledge of and comply with BSA/AML policies and procedure.
• Required to sit in forty (40) minutes at a time, for at least an eight (8) hour shift.
• May be required lift up to fourteen (14) pounds for various job-related duties.
• Must be able to work a full-time schedule during tournaments and other peak business periods.
• Must be able to work overtime, as business needs require, with or without advance notice.
• Must be able to hand shuffle, it is an essential function of this position.
• Employee must be able to perform duties without wearing tinted glasses, as such can affect the integrity of the games.
• Performs all other work-related duties as assigned by Casino Management.

Work Experience

Required:

• Minimum of one year of dealing experience or dealer school certificate.

Education:

• High School Diploma and/or equivalent certificate and/or one year dealing experience.

Other Requirements:

• Must be able to speak, read, and understand English.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Successful completion of a dealer audition and in-house dealer training.
• Must demonstrate positive/enthusiastic approach to all assignments.
• Attendance and punctuality are an essential function of the position.

Commerce Casino operates 24 hours, 7 days a week. Schedules may vary depending on business needs.
