Commerce Casino is seeking a Lead Gaming Support Technician to join its Information Management & Technology department. This role provides hands-on support and maintenance of mechanical, electrical and computer systems on over 300 gaming tables at the world’s largest card room.
You will liaise between casino management and technicians, escalate tickets, and ensure SLAs are met while maintaining asset protection and professional communication across diverse teams.
