Operations Financial Analyst

We are searching for an experienced Operations Financial Analyst for our Store Support Center located at 600 Citadel Drive, Commerce, CA, 90040.

Our Operations team supports the executive management team, operations team, and other functional departments throughout the organization by providing financial projections, financial reporting, data analysis, budgets and developing financial models for our El Super and Fiesta Mart banners.

This role will assist in achieving our company’s financial objectives. The Operations Financial Analyst will be managing our El Super and Fiest Mart banners, which consist of 130 stores.

Include the following. Other duties may be assigned or required.

• Performs weekly sales and P&L analysis
• Prepare weekly reports on EBT activity.
• Prepare month-end financials and supplemental management reports.
• Performs invoicing activities and financial reconciliation.
• Perform variance analysis.
• Assist in the preparation for the quarterly SD meeting.
• Assist in the preparation of the annual budget.
• Prepare adhoc reports for our executive and management team.
• Prepares periodic reports on utility usage and consumption vs budgets.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
• Two years of experience in data analysis and reporting
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Power Point.
• Detail oriented.
• Excellent time management skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-driven and highly motivated individual that is willing to learn and grow with the company.

The salary range for this position is $70,000.00 to $90,000.00. The actual starting pay will be determined by a number of qualifications; including, experience and relevant skills.
