Senior Financial Analyst, Business Support

Job Overview

Senior Financial Analyst, Business Support, works under the direction of the VP, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Business Support and is responsible for assisting with financial strategies to maximize Alta Med's performance and value for the assigned business units. As a business support role within Alta Med’s Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function, the Analyst will assist assigned business units with the development and execution of the annual budget, financial planning and forecast models, and operating results analyses, and develop strategies to improve financial performance.

The Analyst will support Alta Med’s value-based care transformation by implementing reporting, budgeting, and forecasting solutions that enable integrated managed care financial monitoring.

• Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience in finance and strategic planning, preferably in a healthcare setting (FQHC or managed care).
• Experience with financial planning software is required;
  Adaptive Planning is preferred.
• Experience with databases and SQL programming is preferred.

$88,641.28 - $ annually. Compensation may also qualify for discretionary bonuses or incentives. The range is subject to change and depends on budget, experience, skills, education, licensure, and other business considerations.
