The Senior Manager, Nutrition supports regulatory compliance, ingredient strategy, and nutrition documentation across Revolution Foods’ menu portfolio.
This role plays a key part in ensuring menus meet USDA and regulatory requirements while supporting ingredient strategy, commodity utilization, and cost-per-meal targets.
This position works closely with Menu, Procurement, Culinary, and Finance teams to ensure strong nutrition and compliance performance.
Key Responsibilities- Support compliance with USDA NSLP, SBP, and CACFP requirements
- Assist with administrative reviews, audits, and regulatory documentation
- Review nutrition analyses, allergen disclosures, and ingredient documentation
- Help maintain audit‑ready documentation
- Support Buy American compliance and ingredient documentation
- Assist with commodity utilization and tracking
- Partner with Procurement and Culinary on ingredient specifications
- Support recipe costing and ingredient analysis
- Help identify ingredient cost opportunities
- Support menu cost alignment efforts
- Maintain nutrition documentation and compliance records
- Support regulatory reporting and compliance tracking
- Manage and support Nutrition & Regulatory Compliance Manager
- Support development of scalable nutrition processes
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)
- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field
- 5–8+ years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of USDA nutrition requirements
- Experience in K–12 school nutrition
- Experience in large‑scale food service
- Experience supporting audits and compliance
Salary Range: $130,000 - $150,000
