Clinical Supervisor, BCBA

• Provides quality clinical supervision and work direction to direct reports
• Facilitates behavior programs based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Provides parent education and develops specific intervention activities
• Conducts evaluations, case-management reviews, and quality assurance reviews
• Manages and evaluates the performance of associates in assigned region
• Provides training and onboarding for new associates
• Functions as liaison between the organization, families, and community agencies
• Travels as required

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field
• Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Current CPR certification
• 2-3 years of professional experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) in a multi-disciplinary team setting
• Expert knowledge of scientifically validated methodologies and behavioral analytic approaches
• Familiar with current related research findings
• Competent in employing and directing behavior analytic methodologies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Ability to maintain customer service orientation and professionalism in all interactions.
• Ability to communicate effectively, through oral and written skills

Demonstrates expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies and effective clinical supervision, with a strong focus on training, evaluation, and collaboration with families and community agencies. Holds a Master’s degree in ABA or a related field and is proficient in managing performance and providing quality assurance in a multi-disciplinary team setting.
