Lead, Compliance Programs

• Lead and assist in executing Compliance Program priorities and strategies aligned with organizational objectives
• Partner with compliance and operational department leaders
• Ensure effective and measurable implementation of the enterprise Compliance program meeting State and Federal program requirements
• Act as a business consultant and change agent
• Mentor and coach Compliance Consultants
• Provide guidance and direction for departmental systems and processes
• Build analytics and reporting structures for ongoing measurement and monitoring
• Interact with all levels of staff and management
• Handle multiple initiatives and competing deadlines

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of 4 years of experience with compliance program management
• Experience with program performance improvement
• Adherence to relevant Federal, State, and local healthcare compliance laws & regulations required
• Certification in healthcare compliance preferred
• Bilingual Spanish/English a plus
