A food distribution company is seeking a detail-oriented HR Assistant to provide short-term support to a busy Human Resources team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an administrative environment, enjoys working with employee records, and can quickly step in to help maintain organized and compliant HR documentation.

• Maintain and organize employee personnel files, ensuring records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Scan, file, and e-file confidential HR documents within electronic recordkeeping systems.
• Perform data entry and update employee information while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including retrieving records, organizing files, and assisting with special projects.

• Previous experience in HR, human resources administration, personnel records, or a related administrative role.
• Strong filing, e-filing, and document management experience.
• Excellent computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Strong organizational and data entry skills.
• Reliable and able to commit to the full duration of the assignment.
