Mobile App Program Lead: Strategy, Launch

Responsibilities

• Lead Mobile App Launch:
  Oversee the execution and implementation of the new mobile application, working closely with the analyst and technical manager to monitor and evaluate app performance.
• Program Management:
  Define program success metrics, develop detailed project plans, establish milestones, and allocate resources. Proactively identify risks and escalate challenges to leadership, providing actionable solutions.
• Strategy Development:
  Devise a data-driven strategy to improve customer experience and drive retention, frequency, and acquisition. Ensure alignment of program objectives with business goals.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, IT, and leadership to ensure program objectives are met and continuously optimized for performance.
• Stakeholder Communication:
  Serve as the primary point of contact for all program-related activities, regularly updating stakeholders on progress, challenges, and outcomes.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Implement mechanisms for continuous improvement, prioritize new capabilities for the program, and manage the product backlog to ensure ongoing program development.
