Field Technician; Bilingual – Chinese & English

Role Summary

Roy Pow USA is seeking a highly skilled Field Technician to provide technical support and assistance to customers, including on‑site support and training related to lithium batteries.

• Provide technical on‑site support and training to customers experiencing issues with their lithium batteries.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and work to resolve them in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of customer interactions and technical support requests.
• Assist with product installation and maintenance as needed.

• Must be willing to travel within the United States (all travel expenses will be covered by the company).
• Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred.
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with lithium batteries preferred.
• Associate’s degree in a related field preferred.

Job Type: Full‑time

Schedule:

8‑hour shift, Monday to Friday
