IT Security Analyst

• Monitor, analyze, and respond to security events, service requests, and identity-related activities across the technological environment
• Serve as an escalation point from the IT Helpdesk for security and access-related issues
• Support Identity and Access Management (IAM) onboarding and offboarding processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve security-related issues
• Assist with audits and compliance activities
• Support IT Security Administrators and Security Engineers in a regulated healthcare environment

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience in IT security, SOC, IT operations, systems administration, or helpdesk escalation roles
• Preferred certifications:
  Security+, CySA+, Microsoft SC-200, or equivalent security certifications

Demonstrates expertise in monitoring and responding to security events and managing identity and access processes within a regulated healthcare environment. Proficient in collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and support IT security initiatives.
