Enterprise IT Architect

• Design, implement, and maintain solutions on Alta Med’s technology platforms

• Ensure technology solutions align with business strategies and drivers

• Improve IT infrastructure, security, applications, and data-integrated technology solutions

• Develop strategy and direction for integrating information programs and technologies

• Align, design, and coordinate organizational solutions to enhance business processes

• Evaluate enterprise technical solutions for vulnerabilities or performance discrepancies

• Partner with Business and Information Technology teams to drive standards and best practices

• Eliminate redundancies and deliver objectives across product development, business process design, IT/Business operations, and software development life cycles

• Design and oversee AI architecture and machine learning solutions

• Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives

• Develop and review architecture artifacts

• Bachelor’s Degree in Health / Business Administration or Information Technology, or related Data, Application, Network, Systems, or Security
• Master’s Degree in Enterprise Architecture preferred, with emphasis on Information Technology continuing education
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Enterprise Architecture and related disciplines, including AI Architecture
• Minimum of 5 years in the Healthcare ecosystem performing solution architecture functions and roles
• Active preferred, or past industry standard, applicable technical certifications

Demonstrates expertise in Enterprise Architecture with a focus on AI Architecture and integration of technology solutions within the Healthcare ecosystem. Proven ability to align technology strategies with business objectives while enhancing IT infrastructure and security.
