The Maintenance Technician II performs a lead role while performing a variety of general maintenance responsibilities, including minor plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, painting, and drywall repair. The Technician takes responsibility for ensuring the proper maintenance of building structures as appropriate. The Technician provides direction, establishes priorities, assigns tasks, coordinates work projects, and monitors the efforts of other employees as necessary. Furthermore, the Technician assists as needed in completing projects and implementing improvements within properties.
Minimum Requirements- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience and/or training in the use of appropriate maintenance equipment required.
- Experience in handling hazardous materials/situations and following standard safety practices.
- Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese, depending on location preferred.
- Valid driver's license required.
$25.25 - $31.56 hourly
