HR is seeking a motivated and experienced On-Site Supervisor to support operations at one of our key client locations in City of Commerce, CA. This role serves as the main point of contact between the client and our workforce, ensuring daily staffing performance, quality outcomes, and strong associate engagement. The On-Site Supervisor will help relieve client supervisors of labor-related administrative responsibilities while driving a smooth, performance-focused work environment.

Location: City of Commerce, CA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:15 PM - 10:45 PM (Overtime and Saturdays may be required)
DetailsPay Rate: $21-$22/hour
Employment Type: Full-Time

ResponsibilitiesAs an On-Site Supervisor, you will:
- Fill and service client orders through interviewing, hiring, and placing temporary associates
- Conduct recruiting activities as required by the client contract
- Provide consistent follow-up to ensure client satisfaction
- Attend account planning and forecasting meetings with client leadership
- Monitor associate attendance and arrival times to meet daily headcount needs
- Serve as the primary communication contact for associates on assignment
- Troubleshoot workforce concerns and resolve on-site issues quickly
- Conduct associate orientations, including safety training and client policy reviews
- Supervise associates and provide coaching, counseling, and performance documentation
- Monitor production and quality efficiencies, implementing corrective actions when needed
- Complete associate evaluations and required reporting
- Maintain accurate record keeping for employee and client files
- Implement recognition programs for attendance, safety, and performance
- Respond immediately to Workers' Compensation claims and ensure medical treatment is offered
- Complete required documentation within 24 hours of injury notification
- Coordinate with Risk Management, medical providers, employees, and client teams
- Conduct daily floor walks to assess productivity and identify safety risks
- Submit daily safety walk-through checklists to the Risk Coordinator
- Partner with HR on investigations, complaints, accommodations, and employee relations matters
To qualify, candidates must have:
- 1-2 years of supervisor experience
- At least 1 year of staffing industry experience
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required)
- Strong workplace stability and resume longevity (no frequent job hopping)
- Ability to handle conflict resolution and maintain a professional workforce environment
