Job Overview
The Project Manager is primarily responsible for effective planning, managing, and implementation of highly visible projects to improve enterprise infrastructure and promote service integration of Alta Med’s clinic services. The Project Manager is assigned projects that are broad in scope and involve multiple departments across regions. The Project Manager supports the department’s effort to institutionalize project management skills and lean processes throughout Alta Med, including the clinical sites, to improve patient health outcomes and business results.
Minimum Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in business, health care, organizational management, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or clinical license (RN, PA, MD) strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis/project management with successful deployment demonstrating measurable positive results.
- Experience in health care process improvement and health information technology implementation strongly preferred.
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification and Certified Project Management Professional strongly preferred.
Annual salary range: $85,091.83 - $, based on budget, experience, skills, education, licensure, certifications, and other business considerations. May also qualify for discretionary bonuses or incentives.
