• Hands‑on process engineering support in a high‑volume manufacturing environment
• Work directly with operators and technicians to improve output, quality, and efficiency
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and root cause problems
• Drive continuous improvement projects across polymer / plastics production processes

• Process Engineer background within polymer / plastics manufacturing
• Comfortable being hands‑on and spending time on the production floor
• Degree in Engineering (Plastics, Mechanical, Manufacturing or similar)
• Looking for long‑term growth in a globally backed business
