The Role:- Hands‑on process engineering support in a high‑volume manufacturing environment
- Work directly with operators and technicians to improve output, quality, and efficiency
- Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and root cause problems
- Drive continuous improvement projects across polymer / plastics production processes
- Process Engineer background within polymer / plastics manufacturing
- Comfortable being hands‑on and spending time on the production floor
- Degree in Engineering (Plastics, Mechanical, Manufacturing or similar)
- Looking for long‑term growth in a globally backed business
