The Notification Coordinator will effectively manage and maintain the internal, supplier, and customer notification system. This role will have responsibility for the execution of quality system activities that contribute to limiting variation in the manufacture of products in order to meet both our specifications as well as our customers specifications.
What You Get To Do- Ensure information entered into the notification system is accurate and up to date
- Takes necessary steps to ensure notifications are addressed and closed-out in a timely manner
- Ensure accurate returned-goods valuation and management
- Track material dispositions and follow-up if dispositions are not made within a reasonable amount of time
- Participate in the daily internal notification meetings, as needed
- Present notification data, supporting documentation and samples when needed
- Produce notification reports using SAP and Microsoft Excel
- Maintain and update splice, label and packaging methods. Work with manufacturing to develop new methods when needed
- Develop and participate in quality department projects
- Internal audit team member
- Support AFNA facility Quality Management System
- Proficient computer and data entry skills required
- Microsoft Excel experience required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products a plus
- Attention to detail required
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with all personnel
- Motivated and self-managing
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Reasoning and problem-solving skills
- SAP and notification familiarity a plus
- Experience in manufacturing, flexible packaging industry a plus
- Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred
- 2-3 years previous experience working in a Manufacturing or Quality environment desired
- Bilingual - English/Spanish - required
- Trade journals
- Quality and industry-related seminars

The starting salary for this position is expected to be between $46,700 to $58,400; however, base pay offered may vary within the full salary range of $46,700 to $70,100 depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay information is based on national averages and a geographic differential may be applied based on work location. Position may also be eligible for Amcor s Management Incentive Plan / Sales Incentive Plan, which is an annual bonus program based on business and individual performance, as well as medical coverage and other health and welfare benefits.
